On 24/1/2016, Y Tam handed over a charity house to Ms. Nguyễn Thị Nhãn and her child in Mỹ Tú district, Sóc Trăng. Ms. Nhãn was born with disabilities in both her hands and her legs, yet she has kept striving to rise above her fate with the family sewing machine, making the simplest products such as pot holders… to earn a living.
