Inauguration of the Y Tam.vn Bridge in Phụng Hiệp, Hậu Giang on 24/1/2016

On 24/1/2016, Y Tam successfully held the inauguration ceremony for the Y Tam.vn rural bridge in Phụng Hiệp, Hậu Giang.

The ceremony was attended by 30 Y Tam members, our donors, commune leaders, local residents, and the children of Kinh Đức Bà parish in Phương Phú commune, Phụng Hiệp, Hậu Giang.
Y Tam red everywhere and flags and flowers fluttering in the wind added to the joy and excitement of this poor countryside as it welcomed the coming spring. And the bridge became the biggest, most meaningful lucky-money gift that Y Tam wanted to give to the people here.

It is fair to say that this was the first community project Y Tam started building that received such wide support and participation from the community.

It proves the saying: “A task a hundred times easier cannot be done without the people; a task ten thousand times harder can be done with the people's help.” As long as we have a spirit of love and unity, we can achieve the greatest things.
