Dear donors, businesses and all of you!
Our two hard days of surveying in the land of Đạ Tẻh – Lâm Đồng were also a journey that carried Y Tam from one emotion to the next. We traveled hundreds of kilometers of forest roads and crossed hill after hill to reach each villager's home, to meet them, to listen to them and to understand…
We fell deeply in love with the beauty of the mountains and forests here, but perhaps what troubled us most on this trip was seeing the children drop out of school little by little, swept up in the endless struggle for food, clothing, rice and money.
Whenever cashew season comes, children from primary to secondary school attend class irregularly; they spend more time in the fields than at school.
That is why, for the upcoming Children's Day on 1.6, besides giving the children a truly happy and meaningful celebration, we also want to encourage them to understand the importance of “learning their letters”. That is also the message we want to share through this Đạ Nhar – Children Sing Together program.
The program will be held in Đạ Nhar village, Đạ Tẻh district, Lâm Đồng
