Y Tam Kitchen: Sharing Rice, Round 3: A Gift After Christmas

Christmas has only just passed…
A peaceful, warm Christmas, but was it really warm for those who are homeless and struggling?

Last Sunday, 27/12,  Y Tam Kitchen brilliantly fulfilled its mission: bringing a little more joy and happiness to 150 poor workers, people down on their luck and homeless people, along with 50 children with disabilities, orphaned or abandoned, at Thánh Tâm Home.

At 4 a.m., Y Tam was already at the Hóc Môn wholesale market to “escort” fresh meat and vegetables home!

At 7 a.m., the Y Tam volunteers gathered to get everything ready together.

Let's get cooking!

The fruits of our work. Smells delicious :)) !

Into the boxes!

Everything is ready!!

The meals have arrived at our usual spot!

A small gift, a big smile. The greatest thing Y Tam hopes to receive!

Forgetting all of life's worries

Acting from the heart – What you give lives on forever!

In addition, the Sharing Rice fundraising box received 177,500 VND from the aunties and uncles; this money will be used for the next kitchen program

See you all at “Y Tam Kitchen: Sharing Rice, Round 4” on Sunday, 10/1/2016.

Y Tam very much hopes to keep receiving the support of donors near and far. All contributions to the Y Tam Kitchen: Sharing Rice program can be sent to:
